Sorry, I didn't see this on Twitter! There's limited magic in The Fall of the Kings. I would define the Swordspoint books as fantasy of manners -- in fact, they're among the defining texts of fantasy of manners -- because it's sort of fantasy, but the emphasis is on the manners. And how to ignore them.
