There was a picture in Viggo's trailer, a pen-and-ink sketch of Orlando. In it, he was smiling happily - no, beaming out at the artist. And he was fully clothed.

Another version existed, much the same except in that last detail. That one hung in Viggo's bedroom at home, where no one could see it except the two of them.

Orlando liked knowing that the pictures existed, in both versions. They reminded him of the beginning, because he knew exactly which pen Viggo had used to draw them.

He would always be glad he hadn't chickened out of the dare.
